We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Comprehensive Hospitality Specialist.
This dual role encompasses responsibilities as both a Housekeeper and Virtual Receptionist & Concierge.
As a vital member of our team, you will primarily focus on maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.
In addition, you will assume the role of a Virtual Receptionist as needed, providing virtual check-in services and guest assistance via smartphones and tablets, responding to kiosk calls on demand.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping:
Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas of the hotel.
Adhere to established housekeeping procedures and standards.
Virtual Receptionist & Concierge:
Serve as a Virtual Receptionist, assisting guests with the virtual check-in process.
Provide guidance on using the kiosk features and troubleshoot technical issues.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
Take on the role of a Concierge, offering assistance with guest needs and inquiries.
Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
Customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel operations or self-check-in kiosk system is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical skills and the ability to operate self-check-in kiosk systems.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
